Who we are

Razoryn Motors (company number 14151433) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of selling vehicles.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries, offers and viewing requests — your name, phone number, email and message, used solely to respond to you about the vehicle concerned.
• Vehicle sales — the details needed for the sales agreement, DVLA keeper transfer and any warranty registration.
• Website analytics — pseudonymous usage statistics: which pages and listings are viewed, for how long, how far pages are scrolled and which sections or buttons are used, grouped by a random identifier stored in your browser. We don't collect your IP address or anything that names you. With your consent (the banner you may see), we also use Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replays and heat-maps to help us improve the site — decline and it never loads. No advertising trackers, and we never sell data.

Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you; sale records are kept to perform the contract and meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry; sale records are retained for the period required by law.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary to complete a sale: with the DVLA for keeper transfer, and with our warranty partner to register cover you've taken. If you accept the analytics banner, Microsoft processes Clarity session recordings for us as described above. We never sell or rent your details.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and we'll act promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
