Razoryn Motors (company number 14151433) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of selling vehicles.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries, offers and viewing requests — your name, phone number, email and message, used solely to respond to you about the vehicle concerned.
• Vehicle sales — the details needed for the sales agreement, DVLA keeper transfer and any warranty registration.
• Website analytics — anonymous page-view statistics (which listings are viewed and for how long). No advertising trackers, no data sold to anyone.

Legal basis & retention

We process enquiry details on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you; sale records are kept to perform the contract and meet legal and accounting obligations. Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry; sale records are retained for the period required by law.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary to complete a sale: with the DVLA for keeper transfer, and with our warranty partner to register cover you've taken. We never sell or rent your details.

Your rights
