Terms & Conditions
Terms of sale for vehicles purchased from Razoryn Motors.
1. Who we are
Razoryn Motors (company number 14151433), of Unit 4, Shakespeare Industrial Estate, Watford, WD24 5RR, sells used vehicles to consumers and trade buyers in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to every vehicle sale unless varied in writing.
2. Vehicle descriptions & history
We describe every vehicle accurately and in good faith, including mileage, specification and known history. Where a vehicle has previously been recorded as an insurance write-off (for example Cat S or Cat N), this is declared on the listing and at the point of sale, and photographs of the pre-repair condition are made available. You are encouraged to inspect any vehicle, ask questions and arrange your own independent inspection before purchase.
3. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, vehicles sold to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, taking into account age, mileage and price. If a fault present at the point of sale emerges within 30 days you may be entitled to reject the vehicle; within six months you may be entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance.
4. Deposits
A deposit secures a vehicle for an agreed period. If you complete the purchase within that period the deposit is deducted from the price. If you choose not to proceed, the deposit may be retained as compensation for the vehicle being withheld from sale, as agreed in the deposit receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
5. Payment & handover
The balance is payable in full before or at handover by bank transfer, cash or card as agreed. The vehicle remains our property until payment clears. At handover you receive the keys, the V5C logbook or its reference for transfer, and any documents that accompany the vehicle. We notify the DVLA of the change of keeper.
6. Warranty
Where warranty cover is provided it is administered by our warranty partner and governed by the policy booklet issued with the vehicle. Warranty cover is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
7. Complaints & disputes
If something isn't right, contact us first — we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Our complaints procedure is published on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
